Welcome to Mobi Healthcare. By accessing or using our website https://mobihealthcare.in or availing any of our services (including lab tests, MRI, CT scans, and home sample collection), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or using the service with parental/guardian consent.

  • You have the legal authority to enter into these terms.

2. Services Offered

Mobi Healthcare provides:

  • Full body health checkup packages

  • Pathology & Radiology services

  • MRI, CT Scan, Ultrasound

  • Free home sample collection in Chandigarh, Panchkula, and Mohali

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

3. Booking & Payments

  • All bookings must be made through our website, WhatsApp, or call.

  • Payment can be made via UPI, cards, cash, or net banking.

  • Confirmed bookings may be canceled or rescheduled due to unavoidable operational or technical reasons.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • If you cancel a booking before sample collection, a refund (if paid) will be processed within 7 working days.

  • No refund will be provided after sample collection or report delivery.

  • For MRI/CT/Ultrasound, appointment rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.

5. Home Sample Collection

  • Available only in selected areas (Chandigarh, Panchkula, Mohali).

  • Customers must provide correct address and contact details.

  • Mobi Healthcare will not be responsible for any delay due to incorrect information or customer unavailability.

6. Report Delivery

  • Reports are delivered via email, WhatsApp, or physical copy (if applicable).

  • Turnaround time for reports varies by test type.

  • We strive to maintain accuracy but recommend consultation with a certified medical professional for interpretation.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete personal and health information.

  • Not misuse or copy content or materials on our website.

  • Not engage in any activity that disrupts or damages the website or services.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, branding, and service descriptions are the intellectual property of Mobi Healthcare. Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Mobi Healthcare is not liable for:

  • Any loss, injury, or damage resulting from inaccurate user information.

  • Delay or failure in report delivery due to technical issues or third-party dependencies.

  • Medical outcomes or decisions taken based on self-interpretation of test results.

We respect your privacy. Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to data collection and usage as outlined.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chandigarh.
